2.Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in NO.99,Huabao Street, Qianlong Economic Development Zone,Qianyuan Town,Deqing County,Zhejiang,China.About 3 hours bus from Shanghai.All our clients,from home or abroad,are warmly welcome to visit us!
3.Q: What is the material of your products?
A: The material is PVC foam.We can also choose material as customers’requirement.
4.Q: How can I get some samples?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.You can contact us by Email, Telephone and so on,we can give you detail information.
5.Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is priority. Our company always attachs great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end.
6.Q: How long can you delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 30-40days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity your order quantity.
7.Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: If the amount is small, 100% in advance. If the amount is large, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
8.Q: Which shipping methods are available?
A: DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS, EMS, AIR (door to door) and sea.
