Hollyseal®Soft PVC Foam Insulation is also called PVC closed-cell foam material, also known as polyvinyl chloride foam. Soft PVC foam insulation  is an independent closed-cell soft foam material made by foaming with polyvinyl chloride plastic as the main raw material and adding other auxiliary materials. It is the best sealing and damping foam material.
