Causes Of Leucorrhea Cells In PVC Foam Board

Mar 16, 2020

Regarding the performance of PVC foamed board, I can also see in the wide range of its applications. Reproduction is also more applied to it, and our production requirements are stricter. However, even if we have strict requirements, we will inevitably encounter some problems in production. Let's take a look at the reasons for its leucorrhea cells.

1. The corresponding cross-section clearances of the die and the white belt are set too small, resulting in a small flow. The melt is slightly reduced in thickness when it is extruded from the die, and the white belt that appears on the PVC foam board is not rubbed against the shaped plate when it passes through the shape board.

2. Unclean impurities are mixed in the material, and the retention in the die causes the flow to decrease when the melt is extruded from a part of the die, and leucorrhea appears, especially the addition of dirty renewable materials or complex components with lack of stabilizers. Too much material, when the melt is extruded from a part of the die, the PVC foam board will stay.

3. The temperature of the extruder is improperly controlled, and the screw temperature control device is not used. The cross-section temperature of the material is not uniform when extruding from the extruder, the confluent core or the die, and local micro-degradation and sticking occur. The melt is extruded from the die. At the same time, leucorrhea rarely appeared in the flow velocity in a part of the die.

The above is the relevant introduction of the cause of the leucorrhea cells in the PVC foam board. We need to deal with it as soon as possible when this situation is encountered. If the leucorrhea problem is not handled in time, the leucorrhea will gradually turn into light gray. Belt and black belt.
